The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has consented to an arrangement with Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL). The arrangement looks to empower the college to offer web-based distance learning (ODL) and online projects through GOAL to the understudies of the Republic of Guyana.
