A  PG  degree  is  Compulsory    for  IGNOU  PhD .

The application form is available on its official website and IGNOU Admission 2023-24 last date is 10 August 2023. IGNOU Ph.D. Admission 2023 last date to submit the application form for the entrance exam for the January 2024 session was 25 December 2024
